Peace in the workplace is a mindfulness centered work wellness service. Businesses can choose remote or onsite wellness and mindfulness workshops and classes. The intention of this offering is to assist employers in helping themselves and their employees stay mentally, emotionally and physically well while working, especially during sudden change. The only way to do that is to unlearn increased stress, anxiety and tension as a norm. Begin the process of cultivating wellness and peace in the workplace by integrating mindfulness and practicing self-care during work and beyond.

  • 1 Week series 
  • 3 month series 
  • 6 month series
  • 1 year series
  • Consultation to ascertain team needs
  • Online mindfulness via zoom 
  • Mindful Movement via zoom or onsite 
  • Focused breathing classes 
  • Meditation resources emailed

As we experience sudden changes in our world it is imperative that we remember how much power we have to keep ourselves well and impact others to do the same.  You can not control the outside world but you can control your inner world.  Bring your focus to what you can control which is your mental, emotional, spiritual and physical health. Remember it is all connected. When our body shuts down it is a reminder to take a look within ourselves. Now is the time to take a deeper look at all the pieces of you. Below are some tips to find your peace in the process. 

  • Meditate  2-3 times daily for 5-24 minutes 
  • Eat more green veggies
  • Make time for tea 
  • Drink lots of water
  • Sing a song you love 
  • Dance in the privacy of your own home
  • Journal first thing in the morning
  • Stretch your body 
  • Get out into nature 
  • Cook for yourself 
  • Give yourself a hug 
  • Take a warm epsom salt bath
  • Practice restorative yoga 
  • Make a list of what you want for yourself
