We work with businesses, schools, and various organizations as well as individuals of all ages. Our wellness classes and workshops include one or all of the following: physical yoga, mindfulness, writing, creativity exploration, meditation, sound healing, aroma therapy and breathing exercises. Each nurturing wellness session is designed to equip you with daily breathing, meditation and movement tools, to assist you in loving, nurturing and accepting yourself as you are, while releasing stress and tension from the body and mind. Making time for you can shift your entire day. We have the perfect pause and recenter for you and it begins with you breathing and mindfully moving your body for just 15 minutes with guidance. Daily Pause is a one on one online private yoga experienced designed to meet you exactly where you are. Whether you are beginning your yoga journey or wanting to deepen your yoga practice, your session caters to your wellbeing needs. This session can incorporate chair and or mat yoga. Living in survival mode and being a workaholic keeps stress levels elevated and can trigger various health problems from headache, heart issues and more. We teach you healthy coping mechanisms that positively impact your overall wellbeing and presence while working. Our breath can sustain us in times of stress, pain and challenges.
The best way to ensure you wake up nurturing you is to use your bed as your self-care space! Many of us deem ourselves night owls when in fact there can be much on the mind preventing a good sleep. Learn breathing, meditation and stretching that you can do when you wake up and before sleep, right from your own bed. Bedtime yoga can be scheduled weekly for women. After writing my first poetic memoir in 2021, I was reminded that creativity and yoga are really one. On our mat we explore one aspect of yoga. When we express ourselves utilizing our creative gifts and talents we are allowing ourselves to tap inward even more. We are embracing healing, healthy, nurturing and creative ways of expressing and being. We are reconnecting with our inner child too! Writing and Poetry has been that for me since a child. Now I am inviting you into another aspect of wholistic wellness with Mindful Poetry Reads and Mindful Writing Workshops!
Connecting with other open minded people and or artist in your community can offer you much needed inspiration, guidance and like minded community. During my writing workshops, I infuse a moment of mindfulness, reflective prompts along with thought and feeling provoking writing exercises. We connect, share, write, laugh and welcome our inner child into the space ! Workshops can be as brief as an hour or as extensive as 3 hours. You get the space and I guide the experience. If you’d like me to secure a space for the workshop additional fees apply.
