Our wholistic wellness classes & workshops include one or all of the following: physical yoga, meditation, sound healing, aroma therapy and breathing exercises. Each nurturing wellness session is designed to equip you with daily breathing, meditation and movement tools, to assist you in being your own good mother and doctor.
Making time for you can shift your entire day. We have the perfect pause and recenter for you and it begins with you breathing and mindfully moving your body for just 15 minutes with guidance. Daily Pause is a one on one online private yoga experienced designed to meet you exactly where you are. Whether you are beginning your yoga journey or wanting to deepen your yoga practice, your session caters to your wellbeing needs. This session can incorporate chair and or mat yoga. Retain and re-engage your teams, by scheduling regular work wellness sessions with us. Our mindful work wellness sessions include one or all of the following: breathing, meditation, gentle stretching, chair or mat yoga.
We meet you where you are, whether online or onsite for as brief as 15 minutes and as long as 60 minutes. Our sessions are flexible with regards to time. We welcome you to schedule your session before meetings, during lunch, after work, team retreats or team member appreciation events.
