The best way to ensure you wake up nurturing you is to use your bed as your self-care space! Learn breathing, meditation and stretching that you can do when you wake up and when you are preparing for sleep right from your own bed. This is a monthly online workshop designed to ignite balance, vitality and present moment awareness for women.
A moment can shift your entire day. We have the perfect moment of pause and recenter for you and it begins with you breathing for just 5 minutes with our guidance. You may have your JUST BREATHE session on a video or audio call.
When is the last time you checked in with you? Did you know that you can begin your meditation practice by committing to one minute of stillness each day and then add more time as you get use to the consistency of one minute meditation? I suggest one minute in the morning, afternoon and evening if you have difficulty being still.
To help you begin practicing meditation in the midst of a busy schedule, overwhelming thoughts and or stress we offer meditation sessions as brief as five minutes.
