Welcome to Akoma (Heart) bloom Wellness; We offer virtual private yoga/meditation sessions as well as a variety of yoga and meditation videos as part of our monthly membership, to help you cultivate a healthy lifestyle and healing from the inside out. The practice of yoga is one that helps us to heal ourselves as a whole; love, nurture and accept all parts of ourselves mind, body, soul and spirit compassionately; When we choose to nurture ourselves, we can better nurture our relationships, children, creativity, work and careers too! We have worked with businesses, schools, various organizations, special events and people of all ages and backgrounds since 2018. Now it’s time that we expand in other ways in addition to our yoga/meditation video library. LAUNCHING IN 2024! Video sessions are designed to equip you with daily breathing, meditation and movement tools, to assist you in releasing stress, pain and tension; while gently loving, nurturing and accepting yourself as you are. We also offer “yoga off the mat” workshops which integrate writing and or poetry. Yoga off the mat shows up in so many ways. One of the ways our yoga shows up off the mat is through our creativity. My 12-year-old said something to me that stuck in my head, he said "mommy in this life creativity must be your oxygen". At that moment, I knew that this film, is a project that must be completed, even if there are risks. I have taken so many risks in my life for the love of others, this film is my commitment to balancing my giving and receiving.

Daily Pause is a one on one online private yoga experienced designed to meet you exactly where you are. The best way to ensure you wake up nurturing you is to use your bed as your self-care space! Many of us deem ourselves night owls when in fact there can be much on the mind preventing a good sleep. Learn breathing, meditation and stretching that you can do when you wake up and before sleep, right from your own bed. Bedtime yoga can be scheduled weekly for women.
