Akoma (Heart) Bloom Wellness for my team meetings because Khadeshia is always focused and ready to help.  Khadeshia has lead yoga sessions for  my team at work before planning meetings and at the beginning of meetings since 2019.  Her sessions have helped everyone get relaxed and focused.  This has made  for more productive work sessions.

Personally, I hired Khadeshia to help me with my daughter as she was finishing up her college degree. She developed anxiety related to testing and yoga helped her concentrate and focus much better. I credit Khadeshia and her company in getting my daughter to the finish line.
