Khadeshia Beam is a heart centered being who enjoys laughter, transformative connections and life overall! Her desire to teach yoga and create a health and wellness business like Akoma (Heart) Bloom Wellness is inspired by her humanitarian nature, entrepreneurial spirit, motherhood and her own desire to heal from trauma, unhealthy cycles and self-suffering. Upon discovering that yoga can assist in healing mental, physical and emotional trauma through her own practice, she felt called to share yoga with others. It is imperative to her, that through guiding mindful yoga and meditation classes she brings awareness to the impact our individual well-being has on not only ourselves, those in our world and the world around us.
Meet Jennifer Robinson, a passionate yoga instructor dedicated to helping others find balance, strength,
and inner peace through mindful movement. Robinson has over 8 years of teaching experience and
certification in RYT-200 and Kidding Around Yoga. During the isolation of the Pandemic, Robinson launched

Robinson spends a large portion of her time juggling the schedules of her five children alongside her
husband. In spite of her busy schedule, she creates time to maintain wellness and fitness into her day.
Whether you’re stepping onto the mat for the first time or deepening an advanced practice, Jennifer
Robinson offers guidance rooted in breath, alignment, and self-awareness. Her classes encourage students
to connect with their bodies, quiet the mind, and embrace each moment with presence.
